Hi friends! I’m Rachel. I am a passionate yogi, dog mom, and plant-based foodie. You can find me on the mat, hiking with my husband and fur-children, or making a mess in my kitchen. My husband and I share our delicious, creative recipes on our blog!
My passion for health and fitness lead me to my first yoga class as I was determined to get in shape, lose weight, and start making healthy habits. What I found was that yoga is so much more than just a physical exercise. I give credit to yoga for many obstacles that I have overcome in my life for it’s ability to connect each of us with our inner guidance.
I have been practicing yoga for many years because it inspires me to be the best version of myself, love myself, and accept my flaws on and off the mat and I want to share that power with others. Yoga allows us to get out of our heads and into our bodies and that is my goal for my students to achieve in class. I design my classes to be challenging and fun with a side of arm balances! I hope to see you on the mat soon!
