Q: Are All Of The Classes Hot?
A: No. Our Sculpt, HIIT and Yin classes the heater is not turned on. We allow our teachers to dictate the temperature in their classes, so some will be hot and some will be warm. For example, if you see Tate on the schedule, the heater will not be turned on.

Q: What Should I Wear?
A: Lightweight, breathable and  comfortable clothing is recommended. Where what you would to the gym. You will be sweating a lot, so dress accordingly but be comfortable.

Q: Is There An Age Limit? Do I Need A Parent To Sign For Me If I Am Under 18?
A: Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s signature to participate before their first class. If you are under the age of 18 you will only be allowed in the classes where the heater is not on. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email us.

Q: What Should I Bring With Me To Class?
A: Please bring your yoga mat, a towel and water. If you do not have a yoga mat or a towel, we rent both at the studio.

Q:What Is Allowed In The Yoga Room?
A: You, your mat, your towel and your water bottle. All other belongings (phones, purses, bags, wallets, etc.) are to be left in a cubby in the lobby. No exceptions. We lock the doors and have video surveillance if you’re concerned about it.

Q: What If I Have Never Done Yoga Before?
A: Every class that we have here is an all-levels class. Our teachers offer both advanced and modifications for postures throughout the class. The most important thing is that you come to class with an open mind and accept where  you’re at and you join us.

Q: What If I’m Not Flexible, Is Yoga Right For Me?
A: Yoga is for everyone. It’s not just about being flexible. It’s a balance between strength and flexibility. Yoga also offers a mindfulness component that isn’t offered in most gym workouts.

Q: I Have Back Problems, Knee Problems and/or Hip Problems, Can I Do Yoga?
A: Yes, but always check with your health care provider first. You do what you can and work to your own ability. Let your symptoms guide you.

Q: How Often Should I Come?
A: Best advice, come as often as you can. A regular practice of 3 to 4 times per week is where you will notice the most.

Q: Where do I park?
A: We have a free parking garage and ample free street parking. Access the garage by taking a left at the 4-way stop at NE Park Dr and 25th Ave. Take your first right. Our garage is the second garage on the right.
